Why Proper Startup and Shutdown Matter

Pre-Startup System Inspection

Confirm VFD Settings

The variable frequency drive (VFD) plays a critical role in maglev blower operation. Before startup, confirm that the acceleration time, maximum frequency, and protection settings match the equipment specifications. Incorrect VFD parameters can trigger alarms or reduce operating efficiency.
